Delivery Timeframes

Every SunAfrique product is personally quality-checked and repackaged at our South African dispatch point before it ships to you. Nothing leaves our hands damaged, incorrect, or not as described β€” and your parcel arrives as a tracked Aramex door-to-door delivery β€” straight to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery Costs

  • FREE delivery South Africa-wide on every order β€” no minimum spend, no hidden fees
  • Door-to-door delivery via Aramex β€” to your home or office, in all major centres and most outlying areas

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Aramex tracking number. You can track your parcel every step of the way at aramex.co.za, or use the Track My Orderlink in our website footer.

A Note on Delays

We pride ourselves on honest timelines. Occasionally, factors outside our control (supplier stock or courier delays during peak season) can add a few days. If your order is running late, we'll let you know proactively β€” and you're always welcome to contact us for an update.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we'll either locate it or refund you in full. Simple as that.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout β€” Aramex will use these to reach you. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (a redelivery fee may apply).
