Returns & Refund Policy
Overview
SunAfrique is committed to your satisfaction and complies fully with the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (“CPA”). This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you have under South African law.
30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for any reason.
To qualify:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
To start a return, email us at support@sunafrique.co.za. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@sunafrique.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly in line with the CPA.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return only if defective or not as described, in accordance with your rights under the CPA. Change-of-mind returns on sale items are not accepted.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@sunafrique.co.za.
